our history and growth

The QMG Group was born when Henri Juva, an experienced HVAC leader and entrepreneur, bought Mikenti in 2005. Quattro Mikenti Group was formed and grew rapidly in the following years through numerous acquisitions, company start-ups and mergers. In 2020s, the Group has continued to grow in line with its strategy. Today, QMG in Finland, Sandbäckens in Sweden and Konstel in Norway together form the Nordic Nimlas Group.
