Movitek involved in the construction of Nokia’s new premises in Oulu

Movitek is involved in the construction of Nokia’s new premises in Oulu as the HVAC contractor. Nokia’s new premises will include product development, office and production facilities. The total area of the project is approximately 55,000 square metres and is scheduled for completion in 2025.

Nokia’s new property will be built in the Linnanmaa area of Oulu. The new smart campus, which will use natural materials, will create more comprehensive opportunities for research, development and product manufacturing. The facilities will combine high technology and sustainable development, and will be designed to accommodate the flexible working practices of the future.
