EXPERIENCED HVAC CONTRACTING FOR BOTH NEW AND RENOVATION PROJECTS

For 30 years we have been contracting heating, water, and ventilation systems for demanding office buildings in Uusimaa. We have constantly strived to increase the versatile skills of our staff, which has also increased our work satisfaction. Motivated and competent personnel make a good job and the customer feedback we have received has been excellent. This has contributed to the fact that the industry’s joint trade association chose us as the HVAC contractor of the Year 2023.

We operate as a partner of several construction companies. We also have strong customer relationships with many industrial players. We have carried out several different projects for the food industry, for example.

We have been praised for our quality system. Together with the customer, we document, among other things, the events identified, and the agreed changes. This approach streamlines the monitoring of projects.

Renovation with strong expertise

We have been involved in demanding renovation projects for commercial, office and school buildings. Where necessary, we carry out HVAC renovations in such a way that there is no need to interrupt operations in the property. The above-mentioned has been particularly important, for example, in renovations of healthcare facilities, where it has not been possible to move customer service completely elsewhere for the duration of the renovation.

Energy efficiency guides what we do. We help our customers find energy-saving and time-saving building services and technology solutions.
