Christoffer Järkeborn Appointed CEO of Nimlas Group, Parent Company of QMG
Christoffer Järkeborn has been appointed CEO of Nimlas Group, the parent company of QMG, effective January 1, 2025. Järkeborn currently serves as Deputy CEO of Nimlas Group and CEO of Sandbäckens. Mikael Matts, the current CEO, will transition to a role as a member of the board of Nimlas. This appointment supports Nimlas Group’s strategy for profitable growth.
Building a Nordic Success Story in Building Services Engineering
Formed in 2021, the Nordic Nimlas Group continues to implement its strategy. Nimlas aims for a revenue of SEK 12 billion and an EBITA of 10 percent. Since 2021, Nimlas Group has grown from a revenue of SEK 1.5 billion to a group comprising over 130 entrepreneur-led local companies in Sweden, Finland, and Norway. In 2024, the company expects to achieve a pro forma revenue of SEK 8.5 billion with stable profitability. Nimlas is currently the fourth largest installation group in the Nordic region.

Christoffer Järkeborn joined Nimlas in 2022 and has successfully led QMG’s sister company Sandbäckens as well as served as Deputy CEO of the parent company.

Mikael Matts Supports Growth as a Board Member
Under the leadership of the current CEO Mikael Matts, Nimlas Group has grown into a Nordic company now consisting of over 130 companies in Finland, Sweden, and Norway.
