Ilmastointi ja Pelti Hakala is a versatile maintenance and contracting company for ventilation and sheet metal work, founded in 2009 in Noormarkku.

Our services include installation and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems, manufacturing of air conditioning parts, and various construction-related sheet metal work. We are known for the quality of our work and skilled professionals.

Our team consists of around 20 employees. We serve both business and household customers in the Satakunta region, but our operations can extend to other areas as needed. Locality, adhering to schedules, and quality are important values for us.

The company’s field of operation includes new construction and renovation projects, with clients mainly from construction companies, industrial and retail businesses, as well as public sector entities, with which the company holds many framework agreements. The company also has its own workshop in the Pormestarinluoto industrial area, where specialized ventilation parts are manufactured for our own sites and customer needs.

Our story began in 2009 in CEO Henrik Hakala’s garage. Within a couple of years, the sole proprietorship grew into a limited company, and the first employee was hired in 2010. Work orders increased, and the team expanded steadily. In 2018, Ilmastointi ja Pelti Hakala Oy built new 800-square-meter production and office facilities in Pori. The hall was completed in March 2019. In 2024, the company joined the QMG group.
